I am a clinical psychologist who works with older teens (16+), young adults, and adults. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from York University and am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). I trained at several GTA hospitals and completed my internship at Brown University, followed by a fellowship in adult clinical psychology at the University of Michigan and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. I have been in private practice for over 15 years.

 

In addition to my clinical work, I am a Professor of Applied Psychology & Human Development at the University of Toronto and conduct research on emerging adult mental health, parent-emerging adult relationships, and substance use concerns.
